Last Updated: 9/28/2017

Thank you for visiting the websites (collectively the “Site”) owned and operated by Home Love Network, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (together with its affiliates and subsidiaries, “Home Love Network,” “us,” “our,” or “we”). Home Love Network has created the following privacy policy (this “Policy”) to inform you about how we collect, use, disclose, transfer and store your Personal Information and Anonymous Information as you visit and make use of the Site and all related applications, software, and services (together, and collectively with the Site, the “Service”). For purposes of this Policy (i) “Personal Information” means information that can or potentially can be used on its own or with other information to de-anonymize data or to identify, contact, or locate a single person (such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and age); and (ii) “Anonymous Information” means all other information, including anonymized Personal Information, that does not personally identify you.

  1. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE SITE. Our intent is to collect Personal Information only from individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years old and who voluntarily provide such information in connection with a feature, program, promotion or some other aspect of the Service. If you fail to meet any of the criteria described above, or if you disagree with any provision of this Policy or to any subsequent change we make to this Policy, please do not access or use the Site. By using the Site or the Service, you consent to the terms of this Policy and represent to us that you meet the eligibility requirements described herein.
  2. HOW WE COLLECT Information.
    • Personal Information. We accumulate Personal Information, either separately or together with Anonymous Information, using various methods, some of which include:
      • Information Provided by You. We collect Personal Information from you when you register on the Site or otherwise manually enter Personal Information into any online form available on the Site or elsewhere in the Service. For example, if you email us with questions or comments, we may save those questions and comments for use at a later time. Providing Personal Information is voluntary, and you should avoid disclosing private Personal Information, such as passwords or social security numbers. If you do not wish to provide us with your Personal Information, simply do not enter it on the Site or elsewhere in the Service. Keep in mind, however, that if you choose to not provide certain Personal Information on the Site, you may not be able to fully access, participate in, or benefit from certain content or aspects of the Site or the Service.
      • Information Provided by Third Parties. We sometimes receive Personal Information about users from third parties. In such cases, any such information will be subject to the terms of this Policy upon receipt.
    • Anonymous Information. Even if you do not provide any Personal Information, we and/or third parties may still collect Anonymous Information from you automatically when you access the Site or the Service. For example, we may be able to determine your IP address for the purposes of administering the Site and tracking Site usage. We may also collect information about other websites that directed you to the Site (for example, through a text or banner link or an advertisement on another website), the day and time you visited the Site, how long you spent on the Site, and other information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available. We aggregate such information to help us to compile reports as to trends and other behavior about users visiting our Site; however such information is anonymous and cannot be tied directly to you. The following include, without limitation, some of a variety of technologies that we and/or third parties use, or may use in the future, to collect Anonymous Information:
      • Cookies. A “cookie” is a small data file placed on your device’s hard drive that contains information that allows us to track your activity on the Site. The cookie itself does not contain any Personal Information; however, if you provide us any Personal Information the cookie may act as an identifier that connects your Personal Information to your IP address or computer. You may choose to delete cookies from your computer’s hard drive at any time, or disable cookies on your computer. If you delete cookies that relate to the Site, we may not be able to identify you upon your return to the Site. If you disable your computer’s cookies, you may not be able to access certain features of the Site that require that cookies be enabled. The Site’s cookies cannot be used to read data from your hard drive and cannot retrieve information from cookies created by other websites. Additionally, our cookies cannot be used as a virus, Trojan horse, worm, or any other malicious tool that could impair your use of your computer. Our cookies help us better understand how you and other users use the Site so we can provide a better, more personalized user experience on the Site.
      • Web Beacons. A web beacon is a small graphic image or programming code that is sometimes embedded on our web pages and email correspondence that are not visible to users, but that help us and third parties to, among other things, track the number of visitors on the Site, their navigation patterns while on the Site, or to determine how many users open particular emails or view certain links.
      • Device Identifiers. Depending on whether mobile service providers utilize such information, we or third parties may receive information about your mobile device if you use it to access the Site, possibly including the physical location of the device accessing the Site. We may associate this information with your Personal Information in some cases.
      • Embedded Scripts. An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Site, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your device from our web server or a third-party, is active only while you are connected to the Site, and is deactivated or deleted thereafter.
    • Information you Provide About Others. If you choose to send Site content to a third party, your Personal Information and any information you provide about that third party may be used to deliver that content. However, we will not use that the third party’s information unless such third party accesses the Service or the Site.
    • Site Forums. The protections in this Policy do not apply to information (including Personal Information) you provide in connection with any chat room, message board, article comment or other similar public forum (each a “Forum”) that we may provide as part of the Site or the Service. We may use your Personal Information and Anonymous Information to associate you with your Forum posts. Any information you share in a Forum is public information and may be seen or collected by anyone, including third parties that do not adhere to this Policy. We are not responsible for events arising from the distribution of any information you choose to publicly post or share on any Forum.
  3. Why We Collect Information.
    • Use of your Information in General. We collect Anonymous Information and Personal Information about you to provide you the most relevant information, products, programs, and services that you request; to constantly improve the features, offerings, and content that we provide through the Service; to personalize the content and advertisements provided to you; to determine how you use and respond to the features, offerings, and advertisements on the Site; to provide you with advertising and offerings from our affiliates or advertising partners targeted to your preferences; and to help offer you other products, programs, or services that may interest you. We reserve the right to collect and reuse your Anonymous Information and Personal Information for marketing purposes.
    • Sharing and Disclosing your Information for Commercial Purposes. The Personal Information we obtain from you remains your property, but by sharing your Personal Information with us, you grant us the right to use your Personal Information for our business purposes and share your Personal Information with third parties who we engage to assist us with our business and other purposes. For example, we may share website usage information about our Site with third parties interested in running targeted promotional campaigns on the Site. Additionally, we may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements when you visit the Site. These advertising companies may use information about your visits to the Site and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices about not having this information used by these companies, visit http://www.networkadvertising.org. Google, as a third-party advertising provider, uses a cookie known as the “DART cookie” to serve ads. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables them to serve ads to you based on your visit to the Site and other websites on the Internet. You may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google advertising privacy policies.
    • Other Instances When We Use or Share Your Information. We may also use your information to deliver offers you have requested, to track your observance of our terms of use, and to receive feedback and improve the Service. We reserve the right to release your information if (i) we believe you have used the Site or the Service in violation of our terms of use or to carry out unlawful acts, (ii) the information is subpoenaed or otherwise required to mitigate our liability in a lawsuit or other legal process, (iii) Home Love Network is sold, acquired, or merged with another company, or substantially all of our assets or the assets of one of our affiliates are acquired, or (iv) we deem it essential or appropriate.
  4. Opting Out. If you do not agree to our potential uses of your Personal Information as described in this Policy, you are not required to provide your Personal Information to us. However, once you share your Personal Information with us and we share that information with third parties, we and they may send you direct marketing advertisements, or include you in our respective email, direct mail, telemarketing, or SMS text-message marketing campaigns. All third parties with whom we share your Personal Information are bound by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 7701, et seq.) and the National Do-Not-Call Registry and are obligated to be in compliance with all consumer opt-out rules and policies. If at any time you would like to stop receiving offers from any of our affiliates or a third party, please contact the affiliate or third party directly and ask them to remove you from their marketing campaigns or visit their website for complete details as to how you may unsubscribe from their campaigns. If you do not want to receive email, direct mail, telemarketing, or SMS text-messaging from us, please tell us by emailing admin@homelovenetwork.com or, for emails, by clicking the “unsubscribe” link or following the other instructions included at the bottom of most emails we send. The foregoing does not apply to transactional emails.
  5. Privacy on Third-Party Websites. The Site may contain links or otherwise direct you to third-party websites. This Policy only covers our use of your information that we collect through the Site and Service. The websites of advertisers, sponsors, and other third-party websites accessible through the Site may have their own privacy and data collection policies and practices. As such, we urge you to review their respective privacy policies when visiting third-party websites.
  6. Security of Your Information. Within our company, your Personal Information may only be accessed on a need-to-know” basis by employees who must access that information (i) to supply products or services to you, (ii) to do their jobs, or (iii) to fulfill on requests that you have made through the Site. Additionally, we protect your Personal Information with physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that meet current federal regulations. Even so, there is a slight chance that Internet transmissions containing your Personal Information may be intercepted by others. There is no way for us to ensure the privacy of your information before it arrives at the Site or after it leaves the Site.
  7. Sweepstakes Contests and Promotions. We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions through the Site that may require registration. By entering any promotion, you are agreeing to the official rules that govern that promotion, which may contain specific requirements of you, including, except where prohibited by law, allowing the sponsor(s) of the promotion to use your name, voice and/or likeness in advertising or marketing associated with the promotion. If you choose to enter a sweepstakes, contest or other promotion, Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties or the public in connection with the administration of such promotion, including, without limitation, in connection with winner selection, prize fulfillment, and as required by law or permitted by the promotion’s official rules, such as on a winners list.
  8. California Privacy Rights.
    • Information Requests. We are required under California state law, upon request, to give residents of California a list of third parties to which Personal Information may have been disclosed for direct marketing purposes during the preceding year. Such requests are limited to one (1) per calendar year. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address.
    • “Do Not Track” Signals.   California law entitles California residents to know how we respond to “Do Not Track” signals that may be incorporated into certain web browsers. Because a standard technological response has not been established by the technological community, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals at this time.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or Service. When you give us your Personal Information through the Site or Service, you agree to be contacted and/or to receive offers from Home Love Network or our third-party advertisers, and you agree that we may use and share your Personal Information as outlined above. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to amend this Policy at any time, so please check back to the Site and this Policy frequently to be aware of and understand all updates. All changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon their publication to the Site. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted, the changes to the amended or revised Policy by your continued use of the Site.
